I’m Ayo Abbas, an award-winning strategic marketing consultant with over 25 years’ experience working across the construction industry particularly engineers and architects. I’ve worked for major firms including Arup, Mace, McLaren Construction and WSP and small firms like Minimass, Stylib and Cemento developing strategy, content and campaigns.
As a marketer, I’m a generalist who recognises the power of bringing online and offline marketing approaches together to drive strong business results. Being both creative and having an appreciation of the importance of knowing your numbers meant that I am able to have the business related conversations and provide the evidence to back up my approaches.
I am a built environment industry geek, so I talk your language and recommend solutions that work in our industry context. I know many other consultants don’t do this. Marketing shouldnt be a mythical dark art, so I use simple everyday language to get things across is something I’m known for.
