Business challenge.

I was approached by the Managing Partner at Laminar Projects, a project management and data company, who had come across some of my built environment industry posts on LinkedIn.

The aim was to raise their visibility on a regular basis and use the comments as a way to start conversations with the wider industry and position them as thought leaders. He commissioned me to produce regular LinkedIn content for his company.  

How I helped.

  • We had an initial briefing call where I found out more about their business and their objectives. I then explained the services that I offer and we decided that content creation based on monthly LinkedIn Themed campaigns was the best fit for their requirements.

  • We then held a one-hour brainstorming session with their wider leadership team to flesh out topics that could run over a number of months and agreed the first one.

  • Each month I drafted an outline for the theme. Then once that was signed off, I wrote two articles, developed a storyboard for the accompanying video along with key bullets that my client then recorded. I then sourced briefed and managed a freelance video editor who stitched the two minute video together.
