Month 1: Strategic Foundation Initial deep-dive session to understand your business objectives, competitive position, and strategic priorities. Set up framework for ongoing counsel.

Ongoing: Strategic Counsel Monthly 90-minute sessions focused on your current strategic challenges. Between sessions, I'm available for ad-hoc strategic input.

Quarterly: Strategic Review Every three months we review progress, adjust strategic priorities, and plan ahead.

Minimum engagement: 6 months (gives us time to drive real strategic transformation)
