Putting your voice to the issues that matter.

Business challenge.

I was approached by the Managing Partner at Laminar Projects, a project management and data company, who had come across some of my built environment industry posts on LinkedIn.

The aim was to raise their visibility on a regular basis and use the comments as a way to start conversations with the wider industry and position them as thought leaders. He commissioned me to produce regular LinkedIn content for his company.

  • Working with the MP&I board to agree priorities and overall messaging

  • Working with key stakeholders to conduct research and draft responses

  • Overseeing final approvals and submission.

  • Briefing senior stakeholders for 1-2-1 events linked to our responses.

Responses included:

  • the Shaw Review about the Future of Network Rail,
